The 3rd week of March marks the start of spring in the northern hemisphere.
Nature begins to renew itself. Life sprouts all around from the trees, flowers and even the new growth from the ground. A cold wet spring acts to clear the dirt and debris of winter and clear the way for new growth.
Much the same way, our bodies need to prepare for spring by cleansing. A liver and intestinal cleanse is the best way to help our bodies get from winter to spring. Take Phyllanthus to clean the liver – along with Picrorrhiza to strengthen the liver. Use Triphala to de-tox the intestines and colon.
